Who We Are
Mana Mana Hospitality offers beautifully designed serviced suites in prime city locations across Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang and Ipoh — the space and comfort of an apartment, run with the care of a hotel. Sky pools facing the Twin Towers, heritage shophouse streets outside your door, full kitchens for the long haul: every property is somewhere we'd genuinely want to stay.
We're the hospitality-operator arm of EXSIM Hospitality Berhad, listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia (stock code 1287) — part of the EXSIM family, one of Malaysia's most awarded property groups. That backing means professional standards, real accountability, and a pipeline of thousands of new keys on the way.
In 2025, the MyKey Global team merged into Mana Mana Hospitality, uniting two of the Klang Valley's most experienced operator teams under one brand and one roof at EXSIM Tower, Millerz Square. Today, every stay carries a single name: Mana Mana.

Debbie Leow
Managing Director
Debbie joined MyKey Global in 2017 as a sales executive and rose through every rung of the business — earning promotion to Managing Director in 2020, and helping build MyKey into one of the Klang Valley's most trusted serviced-stay operators, with a portfolio spanning Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Perak, recognised with the Golden Bull Award in 2024.
With the merger of MyKey Global into Mana Mana Hospitality, Debbie now leads the combined team as Managing Director. Having done the front-line work herself, her approach is simple and hands-on: obsess over the details guests actually feel — a spotless suite, an effortless check-in, a team that answers — and the brand takes care of itself.
Under her leadership, Mana Mana has grown past 2,000 keys under management and is expanding across Malaysia as an official partner of Visit Malaysia 2026.

- 2017
Mana Mana begins managing short-term rental suites in Kuala Lumpur.
- 2022
Portfolio grows to around 1,000 managed units across the Klang Valley.
- 2024
SME100 Award. EXSIM Group founders acquire a Bursa-listed vehicle, renamed EXSIM Hospitality Berhad, with Mana Mana as its hospitality-operator arm.
- 2025
1,000+ keys under management. Appointed operator for The Summit Hotel Subang USJ. The MyKey Global team merges into Mana Mana Hospitality — one brand, one team.
- 2026
Over 2,000 keys under management. Debbie Leow leads as Managing Director. Partner of Visit Malaysia 2026; Stay-rathon Malaysia campaign with Tourism Malaysia. Expansion into Ipoh and beyond.
