1. Bookings

Bookings made via this website or our official WhatsApp are confirmed upon payment as stated at booking. Rates, offers and promo codes are subject to availability and the terms published on each offer page.

2. Check-in & House Rules

Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out 11:00 AM unless stated otherwise. Guests must comply with each building's house rules; identification is required at check-in.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by rate and offer and are shown before you confirm. Where not stated: free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in, one night charged thereafter.

4. Mana Mana Kaki

Membership is free and non-transferable. Benefits may be revised with 30 days' notice.

5. Liability & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Malaysian consumer law.
